INDIANAPOLIS – Missouri-St. Louis sophomore Morgan Lint and Indianapolis senior Mathieu Derache have respectively been named the Great Lakes Valley Conference/Athletic Solutions Player of the Week in women's and men's tennis, it was announced by the league office Wednesday.
WOMEN'S TENNIS PLAYER OF THE WEEK

Team Results: 6-1 W vs. McKendree (4/10) | 4-3 W vs. #43 Indianapolis (4/11)
- Won both matches at No. 4 singles and No. 1 doubles
- Helped UMSL upset UIndy for the first time in 12 years by winning clinching match
- Recorded singles wins over McKendree’s Keira Greefs (3-6, 6-2, 1-0 [10-8]) and UIndy’s Linya Chen (6-0, 1-6, 6-0)
- Paired with Hannah Tse for doubles victories over McKendree’s Lena Greefs/K. Greefs (6-1) and UIndy’s Magda Kornijczuk/Silvia Zappoli (6-1)
- Improved to 16-1 in doubles this season
- Earns first career Player of the Week Award

MEN'S TENNIS PLAYER OF THE WEEK

- Won one match at No. 2 and No. 3 singles, while also picking up a pair of victories at No. 1 doubles
- Notched singles win at No. 2 over Maryville’s Markos Prentits (6-1, 6-2) and took down UMSL’s Daniel Berdecio (2-6, 7-5, 1-0 [10-3]) in the third spot
- Teamed up with Asier Ayllon Prado for doubles victories over Maryville’s Diego Alvarez/Michel Delaloye (6-4) and UMSL’s Tommy Griese/Percy Siercke (6-3)
- Moved to 11-4 record for singles and 10-4 mark for doubles
- Earns second career Player of the Week Award (3/4/26)
