The final week of the GLVC men's basketball regular season is here! Bellarmine, Indianapolis, Drury, Truman State, Southern Indiana, Maryville, Lewis and William Jewell are currently ranked in the GLVC Point Rating System top eight, but Missouri-St. Louis and Rockhurst are on the projected bubble and could move their way into the field with key wins this week. Thursday's featured matchup is PRS #2 Indianapolis at PRS #1 and No. 7 Bellarmine. Another PRS top-eight matchup tips in Kirksville as PRS #4 Truman State hosts PRS #8 William Jewell. With PRS #3 Drury currently at a .750 conference winning percentage, a Rockhurst win over the Panthers could ultimately net the Hawks six or seven points, which could launch them into the tourney field, especially if Truman tops Jewell. The Cardinals host Drury in another PRS top-eight matchup on Saturday, while bubble team UMSL squares off against PRS #6 Maryville. The other wildcard to consider will be the teams hovering around particular conference winning percentages that could fluctuate point totals should they meet or fall below that level. Drury (.750), UMSL (.500), UW-Parkside (.438), Quincy (.250) and McKendree (.188) could sway point ratings for every team this week, given the .250/.500/.750 percentage point levels. All GLVC home games are available for free on GLVCSN.com, the GLVCSN iOS and Android mobile apps, and GLVCSN OTT apps on Roku, Amazon Fire TV, Apple TV, and Android TV.

Brent Bach's 26 points helped No. 6 Bellarmine storm back from a 16-point first-half deficit to extend its nation's leading home winning streak to 57 games in an 82-67 thriller over Indianapolis, which entered the game as the second-ranked team in the GLVC. Drury secured a share of the GLVC West Division title with a 65-61 victory over Rockhurst, as the Panthers had three players score in double figures off the bench for a combined 40 points. Zach Fisher posted 26 points and 14 rebounds, while Turner Scott added 21 points in Truman State's 90-85 win over William Jewell. The win vaulted the Bulldogs into a tie for second with Drury in the GLVC Point Rating System. GLVC Central Division winners Maryville put all five starters in double figures in a 76-71 victory over Illinois Springfield. Southern Indiana broke its four-game losing streak and reached 20 wins for the second-straight season with a 68-67 win at UW-Parkside. USI has now won 20 or more games in seven of the last nine years. Freshman Anthony Hughes netted five three-pointers en route to a career-high 19 points as Missouri-St. Louis earned an 80-57 win over Quincy in its home finale. Despite 30 points from McKendree's Justin Blanks, Missouri S&T saw six players reach double figures in scoring as the Miners picked up their first GLVC win of the season in a 93-87 shootout over the Bearcats.
