McKendree Sweeps GLVC Women's Soccer Weekly Honors

INDIANAPOLIS – McKendree sophomore forward Maddie Mauch and junior goalkeeper Peyton Baker have been named the Great Lakes Valley Conference/Athletic Solutions Players of the Week in women's soccer, it was announced by the league office Monday.

  • Scored three goals over the weekend for six points, tying for the team lead with five goals this season
  • Netted the game-winner in the 15th minute against Missouri S&T on Friday
  • Marked her second game-winner of the season and third of her career
  • Tallied two goals in Sunday’s win over Lincoln, her second career multi-goal performance
  • Has recorded at least one goal in three consecutive matches
  • Totaled five shots with four on frame over 81 minutes of action

  • Leads the GLVC in save percentage at .880
