The 2010 Great Lakes Valley Conference Volleyball Championship will feature the top eight teams based on conference winning percentage following a 14-game round robin league schedule in which every GLVC team willk play the other once.

The GLVC team with the highest conference winning percentage will host the eight-team tournament. 2010 marks the 29th annual GLVC Volleyball Championship.

Indianapolis (2), Lewis (7), Northern Kentucky (7), Southern Indiana (1) and former league-members Ashland (1), IUPU-Ft. Wayne (8) and SIU Edwardsville (1) have each won the GLVC Volleyball Championship. Lewis has claimed three of the last four titles and UIndy captured last season's championship.

Last year, UIndy defeated host Lewis, 3-1 (22-25,25-14, 25-21, 25-16), to notch the school's second GLVC title.
