In Urbana’s 14-10 home victory over Quincy on Saturday, Harvison racked up both personal bests and also Urbana season-highs in tackles (13) and tackles for loss (4.0). The Columbus, Ohio, native entered the game with a previous career high of just five stops, but saw his playing time increased due to in-game injuries to staring linebackers Shane Cahill and Lamar Ross. Harvison, whose four TFLs totaled a loss of 10 yards, earns his first weekly award from the conference and is the third Blue Knight this season to be honored. Perry Jenkins was named the league’s first-ever Defensive Player of the week on Sept. 3, while punter Clay Lust was recognized the following week as the GLVC Special Teams Player of the Week.
