Fiechter paced all GLVC returners in special teams last week, recording three kickoff returns for 74 yards, including a weekend-high of 44 markers.  His return yards added to an impressive 272 all-purpose yards total, which included 190 yards and four touchdowns on the ground.  The Bluffton, Ind., native scampered for a conference-record 78 yards on a single rush in the third quarter, while his three other TDs came on runs of 34, five and three yards, respectively.  He finished the game averaging 8.3 yards per carry.  In addition to his 78-yard run, he also established GLVC single-game bests for all-purpose yards (272), rushing yards (190), and rushing touchdowns (4).  His rushing yardage was also the fifth-highest total by a Greyhound since 1983.  Fiechter is the GLVC's leading rusher, as his 129.0 yards-per-game average is nearly 50 yards higher than the second-place runner.  He also leads the league in scoring (14.4 ppg) and all-purpose yards (199.4 ypg).  This week’s honor is the second for Fiechter as he was also tabbed as Special Teams Player of the Week on Sept. 17.
