Strickland was seemingly everywhere in the Greyhounds' win Saturday, as the sophomore safety racked up a career-high 17 tackles, including 4.5 for a loss. He was also credited with a pass breakup. The Glenview, Ill., native’s tackle total was the highest by a Greyhound this season and matched the third-highest total in the GLVC this year. This is the first career weekly honor for Strickland and the second for a Hound this season as Tyler Peterman was recognized for his efforts on Oct. 1.
