With the score tied 2-2 in game one, Williamson stepped to the plate with one out in the seventh and delivered what proved to be the game-winning hit. She followed the performance in game two with another seventh-inning RBI which scored an insurance run in the Greyhounds’ 4-2 win. Williamson ended the week with a single, two walks and a steal in the final game at Southern Indiana. Her ninth-inning hit plated two runs to help secure the come-from-behind win.

She struck out five Screaming Eagles and walked zero while also surpassing the school record for most career innings pitched (668 2/3). In game two, DeMotte was instrumental in the Greyhounds comeback victory, as she entered from the bullpen to hold the potential winning run at second with two outs in the seventh inning. She remained in the circle to get the final six outs, including working a one-two-three ninth, to earn her first relief win of the season.
