INDIANAPOLIS – Rockhurst University senior forward Mark Magee and Lewis University senior goalkeeper Alec Pickett have been named the Great Lakes Valley Conference men’s soccer Offensive and Defensive Players of the Week, respectively, it was announced by the league office Monday.
 
Magee scored both of the 16th-ranked Hawks' goals in a 2-0 win over Missouri S&T on Friday and assisted on the game-winner in their 1-0 upset at No. 9 Drury on Sunday.  He combined for eight shots and four shots on goal last week, and one of his two goals against S&T came off a penalty kick.  The Evesham, England, native earns the third weekly honor of his career as he was also recognized by the conference as Player of the Week on Oct. 3, 2011 and Oct. 22, 2012.
