Rockhurst University freshman midfielder Kristin Wolff and Quincy University senior goalkeeper Jodi Chapie have been named the Great Lakes Valley Conference women's soccer Offensive and Defensive Players of the Week, respectively, it was announced by the league office Monday.

Wolff scored five points on two goals and one assist in Rockhurst's wins over Maryville and Missouri-St. Louis last week.  She scored both of the Hawks' goals in the 2-1 win over Maryville and assisted on the game-winning goal in the 1-0 victory against UMSL.  Wolff combined for seven shots and four shots on goal last week. She is the team co-leader in goals (2) and points (6) and earns her first career weekly award from the conference.  The O'Fallon, Mo., native is also Rockhurst's first offensive standout to be recognized by the GLVC since Taylor Skala was named GLVC Player of the Week on Oct. 1, 2012, although freshman goalkeeper Ali Wallner was the last Hawk to garner a weekly award as she was named GLVC Defensive Player of the Week on Sept. 30.
