University of Indianapolis junior Alex Cushman and University of Southern Indiana senior Erika Wilson have been selected as the season's final Great Lakes Valley Conference Runners of the Week for men's and women's cross country, respectively, it was announced by the conference office on Tuesday.

Wilson finished fourth out of 80 runners to pace the 11th-ranked Screaming Eagles at the University of Evansville Invitational on Saturday.  The Pekin, Ind., native finished the race in a 5,000-meter time of 18:05.6.  As a team, the Eagles finished with 46 points, 13 behind first-place Western Kentucky University and six in front of the third-place and meet-host Purple Aces.

This is Wilson's second weekly honor of her career and she is the first Eagle to garner the award since she picked up her first accolade on Oct. 16, 2012, which was also the final award of the season.
