Rockhurst University junior forward Taylor Skala and Drury University sophomore goalkeeper Kelsey Vaught have been named the Great Lakes Valley Conference women's soccer Offensive and Defensive Players of the Week, respectively, it was announced by the league office Monday.

Vaught posted shutouts in a pair of Drury wins this past week, including a 2-0 victory over UW-Parkside on Friday and a 2-0 blanking of Lewis on Sunday.  The Jefferson City, Mo., native posted three saves in each match on a combined 20 shots faced for the week, including 13 against UW-Parkside.  The sophomore keeper played 174 minutes en route to her two wins.  This is Vaught's second career weekly honor as she was named GLVC Player of the Week on Oct. 22, 2012, which was also the last time a Drury standout earned a weekly award.
