INDIANAPOLIS – Lewis University senior multi-event specialist Megan Marchildon and University of Indianapolis senior thrower Tatiana Zhuravleva have been respectively named the final Great Lakes Valley Conference Women's Indoor Track and Field Athletes of the Week of the 2013-14 season, it was announced on Tuesday.

Marchildon won the 60-meter hurdles at last Saturday's Hillsdale Tune-up Meet with an NCAA provisional time of 8.74.  Her effort is second-best in the GLVC and ranks among the top 25 times nationally.

The award is the second career weekly honor for the Ypsilanti, Mich., native, as she was also honored on Feb. 6, 2013.
