INDIANAPOLIS - Missouri St. Louis’ junior first baseman Brianna Butler and sophomore pitcher Hannah Perryman have been selected the Great Lakes Valley Conference Softball Player and Pitcher of the Week, respectively, it was announced by the league on Tuesday.

Nearly a month ago (March 24), junior left fielder Jena Boudreau and Perryman were respectively honored by the league.

Perryman posted a 4-0 record in 25.0 innings twirled in Missouri-St. Louis’ perfect 6-0 week against Lindenwood, Bellarmine, and
Southern Indiana, respectively.  In the circle, she recorded a 0.56 ERA, struck out 55 batters, while limiting her opponents to .119 batting average. 
Against Lindenwood, Perryman struck out 13 hitters in a three hit complete game and against Bellarmine the Streamwood, Ill., native combined for 27 strike outs
and allowed just three hits in the doubleheader.  In game one she pitched three innings in relief for eight strike outs, and in game two, she tossed 19 strike outs in a complete game eight-inning 2-0 victory.
 
This is the ninth GLVC Pitcher of the Week honor for Perryman as she earned her season fourth award on April 8, 2014.
