INDIANAPOLIS – University of Missouri-St. Louis junior midfielder Jon Huelsman and Quincy University senior goalkeeper Drew Duncan have been named the Great Lakes Valley Conference Offensive and Defensive Players of the Week in men’s soccer, it was announced by the league office Monday.

Duncan was in net for No. 11 Quincy (12-0-1, 9-0-1 GLVC) this past weekend, picking up two shutout victories against Indianapolis (1-0) and Saint Joseph's (9-0).  The Florissant, Missouri, native made three saves against UIndy and one save against SJC.  Duncan was solid when needed, making crucial stops late in the game against the Greyhounds to secure the win.  He has 10 shutouts this season in 13 games, and has allowed five goals for a .37 goals against average and a .891 save percentage.  Before this weekend's games, the senior keeper ranked seventh in goals against average and sixth in save percentage in NCAA Division II.  Duncan earns his second career award as he was recently honored as GLVC Defensive Player of the Week on Sept. 22.
