Drury University juniors Daniel Rzadkowski and Wen Xu have been named the PNC Great Lakes Valley Conference Athletes of the Week in men's and women's swimming and diving, it was announced by the league office Tuesday.

Rzadkowski won both the 100 (43.99) and 200 (1:37.62) freestyle races against Division I programs Missouri State and the University of Missouri, setting new pool records in the process. Ultimately, Drury lost to Mizzou 143-97; however, after a scoring error was discovered two hours after the meet's conclusion, the Panthers came out on top against Missouri State by a single point, 112-111.

This is the second career weekly honor for the Suwalki, Poland, native as he won for the first time this season Nov. 10, 2015.
