Lewis University junior distance specialist Amanda Farrough and senior jumper Amber Cook have been respectively named the Great Lakes Valley Conference Women's Indoor Track and Field Athletes of the Week, it was announced by the Conference office Wednesday. 

Cook won the long jump at the Cardinal Classic in Naperville, Illinois this past Friday night. Her jump of 19'-0" is tops in the GLVC and 18th nationally.

This is a back-to-back selection for the Grayslake, Illinois product as she earns her fourth career award, previously honored on January 22, 2015, Jan. 20, 2016 and last week on Feb. 17, 2016.
