Lewis University junior middle hitter Aly Schneider and Bellarmine University sophomore libero Jordyn Kuchenbrod have garnered the first Baden Great Lakes Valley Conference Player of the Week honors for the 2016 volleyball season, it was announced by the league office Monday.

-Helped lead Bellarmine to best start in schools history (tied with 2011, 1990 and 1988 teams)
-Led team in service aces with 10
-Earns her first Defensive Player of the Week award
