The Great Lakes Valley Conference (GLVC) has named University of Missouri-St. Louis junior Markus Lindberg as the first-ever Men’s Golf Player of the Week, it was announced by the league office Thursday.

-Just 10th collegiate golfer to ever record a 60
-Second-ever Division II golfer to record a 60
-UMSL won its sixth-straight Arch Cup title
-UMSL shot a school-record, 36-hole 561
-UMSL shot a school-record, second-round 275
-Earns his first career Player of the Week award
-First-ever Triton to earn Player of the Week honors*
