Lewis University junior middle hitter Aly Schneider and Quincy University libero Rachel Shores have been selected as the Baden Great Lakes Valley Conference Players of the Week for volleyball, it was announced by the league office Monday.

  • Averaged 14.5 kills, 3.62 per set in two four-set GLVC wins
  • Hit .595 (29-4-42) on the week
  • Added 10 blocks in two matches
  • Recorded a .667 hitting, 16-kill, six-block performance against Maryville
  • Earns her third Offensive Player of the Week award and second in a row
  • First three-time winner in a season since Meghan Binkerd of Indianapolis in 2013
