Bellarmine University freshman forward Olivia Taylor and senior goalkeeper Katie Mattingly have garnered Great Lakes Valley Conference Player of the Week honors for women’s soccer, it was announced by the league office Monday.

  • Picked up a career-high nine saves against previously unbeaten No. 21 Rockhurst
  • Leads the league with eight shutouts
  • Third-ever player to win three weekly honors in the same season and first since UW-Parkside’s Mallory Geurts in 2013
  • Earns her fifth career Defensive Player of the Week award (9/14/15, 11/2/15, 9/12/16, 9/19/16)
