Quincy University senior midfielder Taylor Reis and junior goalkeeper Nate Griffin have been named the Great Lakes Valley Conference Players of the Week for men’s soccer, it was announced by the league office Monday.

Team Results: 2-0 W at Lewis, 3-1 W at UW-Parkside

• Scored four goals, two in each game, for eight points
• Tallied both game-winners
• Both goals against Lewis came in the second half
• Broke a 1-1 tie at Parkside in the second half on a penalty kick
• Also scored the third goal against UWP
• Leads the GLVC in points (22) and is tied for second with nine goals
• Has recorded six points in the last three games
• Earns his second career Offensive Player of the Week award (9/21/15)
• Last Hawk Offensive Player of the Week: Eddie Plesha (9/26/16)
