The Great Lakes Valley Conference (GLVC) has named University of Missouri-St. Louis junior Markus Lindberg as the Men’s Golf Player of the Week, it was announced by the league office Thursday.

• Earned medalist honors, shooting a two-under-par 211 (71-69-71)
• Shot third-best 54-hole score in program history
• Third individual win of the year, which ranks second all-time in single-season history
• Helped UMSL earn team title and tie the 54-hole score school record
• Earns his third career Player of the Week award*
• Last Triton to earn Player of the Week honors: Markus Lindberg (10/13/16)
