University of Indianapolis senior middle blocker Shelby Ruffner and Quincy University junior libero Rachel Shores have been selected as the Baden Great Lakes Valley Conference Players of the Week for volleyball, it was announced by the league office Monday.

  • Did not commit a reception error in 24 attempts
  • Matched season-high 31 digs in four-set win over Missouri S&T
  • Added 21 digs against Drury and two aces
  • Helped Quincy pull into a four-way tie for second in the GLVC West Division
  • Earns her second career Defensive Player of the Week award (9/26/16)
