Lewis University sophomore outside hitter Elizabeth Hyland and Bellarmine University sophomore libero Jordyn Kuchenbrod have been chosen as the Baden Great Lakes Valley Conference Players of the Week for volleyball, it was announced by the league office Monday.

• Recorded first career double-double, adding career-high 10 assists to 36 digs against S&T
• Added 27 digs against Cedarville and 23 vs. Drury for 7.82 per set on the week
• Tallied six assists against Cedarville and eight against Drury for 2.2 per set
• Increased margin as national leader in total digs with 664 (closest pursuer has 619)
• Ranks fifth nationally in digs per set, less than 1/10th of a point out of second
• Leads GLVC in digs per set (6.57)
• Moved into fourth place on Bellarmine's all-time digs (1,303) list as only a sophomore
• Earns her third career Defensive Player of the Week award (9/5/16, 10/17/16)
