Lewis University junior middle hitter Aly Schneider and senior libero Nicole Yuede have been selected as the Baden Great Lakes Valley Conference Players of the Week for volleyball, it was announced by the league office Monday.

  • Averaged team-best 5.2 digs per set (52 total) in three matches
  • Led Flyers in digs every match, including 22 vs. Saint Joseph’s
  • Added 17 digs at Parkside and 13 against UIndy
  • Recorded 12 assists, four service aces and five points during the week
  • Earns her third career Defensive Player of the Week award (10/19/15, 11/9/15)
