INDIANAPOLIS – McKendree University sophomore sprinter Demontez McCray and University of Indianapolis redshirt sophomore thrower Austin Hogan have repeated as Great Lakes Valley Conference Men’s Indoor Track and Field Athletes of the Week, it was announced by the Conference office Tuesday.

Team Competition:  Indianapolis Winter Break Meet (No Team Scoring)

• Captured the shot put crown for a second consecutive week with an NCAA Provisional throw of 16.34 meters, which ranks third in the GLVC and 17th in NCAA Division II
• Placed first once again in the 35-pound weight throw with an NCAA Provisional heave of 17.98 meters, good for first in the GLVC and 16th nationally
• Second career GLVC Indoor Field Athlete of the Week honor (12/6/16)
• Last Indianapolis Indoor Field Athlete of the Week: Austin Hogan (12/6/16)
