University of Wisconsin-Parkside junior sprinter Jetaeia Lewis and Missouri S&T sophomore pole vaulter Amanda Wetzel have been respectively named the Great Lakes Valley Conference Women’s Indoor Track and Field Athletes of the Week, it was announced by the Conference office Tuesday.

Team Competition: Ranger Relays (1st, 135 points)
- Captured the 55-meter dash in 7.34 seconds, converting to 7.91 over 60 meters
- Effort ranks as the second fastest sprint in the GLVC this year
- Participated on one of the winning legs of the 4x400-meter relay squad
- First career GLVC Indoor Track Athlete of the Week honor
