Truman State University senior forward Connor Erickson has been named the Great Lakes Valley Conference Player of the Week in men’s basketball, it was announced by the Conference office on Monday.

• Averaged 22.5 points on 17-of-32 (.531) shooting, 11.5 rebounds and 2.0 assists per game in helping Truman to a 2-0 record at home in GLVC West Division action
• Turned in 20 points on 8-of-15 shooting (.533), seven rebounds, three assists and one steal against William Jewell on Thursday
• Posted fifth double-double of his career in just 28 minutes with 25 points on 9-of-17 shooting (.529) and 16 rebounds, both of which are career highs
• Improved impressive February stats to 20.2 points, 8.5 rebounds, 1.7 blocks and 1.0 steal per game, while shooting 48-of-80 (.600) from the floor this month
• Earns first career Player of the Week award
