Truman State University senior center Cassidy Clark has been named the Great Lakes Valley Conference Player of the Week in women’s basketball, it was announced by the league office Monday.

·      Averaged 23.5 points and 7.5 rebounds in two key GLVC wins to secure berth in GLVC Championship Tournament
·      Shot 64.0% from the floor on 18-for-28 shooting while also 10-for13 (77.0%) from the foul line
·      Tallied third double-double of the season with 26 points and 10 rebounds against Jewell 
·      Scored 21 with five rebounds versus Rockhurst on Senior Day, as the lone senior on the team
·      Marked her seventh and eighth 20-point performance after Truman had none reach the plateau all of last year
·      Earns her second career Player of the Week award (1/9/17)
