Missouri S&T’s Jordan Henry (St. Charles, Mo.) is the Great Lakes Valley Conference Men’s Indoor Field Athlete of the Week.

Henry, a junior for the Miners, posted a strong showing in the pole vault at the Indiana Relays over the weekend. He finished second in the event by clearing 4.90 meters.

His mark is a NCAA Division II provisional qualifying effort and ranks him fourth on the Division II performance list. It also ranks Henry first on the GLVC indoor performance list.

Missouri S&T will next compete at the Blue Invitational in Jacksonville, Illinois this weekend.

Other top performers in the GLVC last week included Bellarmine’s Elliot Mattingly and Lewis’ Scott Barnas.
