University of Indianapolis junior sprinter Treyvon Matthews and sophomore thrower Austin Hogan have been named the final Great Lakes Valley Conference Men’s Indoor Track and Field Athletes of the Week of the 2016-17 season, it was announced by the Conference office Wednesday.

Treyvon Matthews, Indianapolis
Jr., Sprints, Huron, Ohio
Team Competition:  Ohio State Tune-Up

• Finished third in the 60-meter hurdles with an NCAA Provisional mark of 8.07 seconds
• Effort set a school record, ranks second in the GLVC this year, and among the top 15 in NCAA Division II
• First career GLVC Indoor Track Athlete of the Week honor
• Last Indianapolis Indoor Field Athlete of the Week: Eli Stidd (2/24/16)
