McKendree University senior hurdler Irma Maciukaite and University of Indianapolis junior thrower Katie Monk have been named the first Great Lakes Valley Conference Women’s Outdoor Track and Field Athletes of the Week for the 2017 season, it was announced by the Conference office Wednesday.

  • Threw NCAA provisional marks in the shot put (14.64m) and hammer throw (52.78m) at the Miami Duals
  • Efforts rank first in the GLVC and among the top 10 in NCAA Division II
  • Second career GLVC Outdoor Field Athlete of the Week honor (4/30/15)
