Lewis University junior middle distance specialist Zoe Mead and University of Indianapolis junior thrower Katie Monk have been named Great Lakes Valley Conference Women’s Outdoor Track and Field Athletes of the Week, it was announced by the Conference office Tuesday.

• NCAA provisional mark in the shot put (15.24m), which is first in the GLVC and fifth in Division II
• NCAA provisional mark in the discus (46.60m), good for first in the league and 13^th nationally
• NCAA provisional mark in the hammer throw (52.79m), topping GLVC chart and ranking 24^th in DII
• Second straight and third career GLVC Outdoor Field Athlete of the Week honor (4/5/17, 4/30/15)
• Last Indianapolis Outdoor Field Athlete of the Week: Katie Monk (4/5/17)
