William Jewell College senior hurdler Blake Alexander and University of Indianapolis redshirt sophomore thrower Austin Hogan have been named Great Lakes Valley Conference Men’s Outdoor Track and Field Athletes of the Week, it was announced by the Conference office Tuesday.

Team Competition:  MIAA/NSIC Challenge (No Team Scoring)
 
  • Won 110-meter hurdles in 14.23 seconds, good for first in the GLVC and sixth in Division II
  • Captured the 400-meter hurdles with a GLVC-leading time of 53.86
  • Second career GLVC Outdoor Track Athlete of the Week honor (3/31/16)
