INDIANAPOLIS – Lewis University senior distance specialist Amanda Farrough and Missouri S&T sophomore vaulter Amanda Wetzel have been named Great Lakes Valley Conference Women’s Outdoor Track and Field Athletes of the Week, it was announced by the Conference office Wednesday.

Team Competition:  Mt. SAC Relays (No Team Scoring)
 
  • Competed in the 5,000 meters at the Mt. SAC Relays last Friday with a time of 16:28.66
  • Effort is tops in the GLVC, fifth nationally, and good for an NCAA provisional qualifying standard – just three seconds shy of the automatic mark
  • Second career GLVC Outdoor Track Athlete of the Week honor (4/19/16)
