Missouri S&T sophomore running back Deshawn Jones, University of Indianapolis junior linebacker Cole Sigmund and William Jewell College junior wide receiver/returner Bulla Graft have been named the Great Lakes Valley Conference Players of the Week in football, it was announced by the league office Monday.

  • Totaled 141 yards on five kickoff returns
  • Longest return of 40 yards was second-best of his career and also led to a third-quarter touchdown that began 31 unanswered points by the Cardinals
  • Also rushed five times for 32 yards and a touchdown and caught two passes for 24 yards
  • Earns his first career Special Teams Player of the Week award
