INDIANAPOLIS – Missouri S&T sophomore running back Deshawn Jones, University of Indianapolis junior linebacker Cole Sigmund and William Jewell College junior wide receiver/returner Bulla Graft have been named the Great Lakes Valley Conference Players of the Week in football, it was announced by the league office Monday.

  • Amassed a GLVC season-best 20 tackles, becoming first Greyhound to eclipse 20 or more tackles in a game since 2004
  • Total tied for fifth all-time in GLVC single-game history
  • Led a defensive effort that held McKendree to 10 points – a season low for a Greyhound opponent
  • Currently ranks fifth in the GLVC with 10.2 tackles per game
  • Earns his second career Defensive Player of the Week award (9/4/17)
