INDIANAPOLIS – Missouri S&T sophomore running back Deshawn Jones, University of Indianapolis junior linebacker Cole Sigmund and William Jewell College junior wide receiver/returner Bulla Graft have been named the Great Lakes Valley Conference Players of the Week in football, it was announced by the league office Monday.

Team Result: 52-30 win at Saint Francis (IL)

• Rushed for a school and GLVC record 275 yards on 30 carries and posted four touchdowns
• Scored twice in first half on runs of three and 27 yards
• Totaled 120 yards in third quarter with TD runs of 37 and 69 yards
• Had three receptions for 67 yards, giving him 342 all-purpose yards – the fifth-highest total in GLVC history and second-most at S&T
• The 275 rushing and 342 all-purpose yards are third- and fifth-most in NCAA DII this season, respectively
• Currently tied for fifth in the nation with a GLVC-best 786 rushing yards this year
• Earns his first career Offensive Player of the Week award
