Missouri S&T’s Taylor Hahn (Salem, Ill.) and Jamie Statler (St. Charles, Mo.) are the Great Lakes Valley Conference Women’s Indoor Field Athletes of the Week.

Hahn and Statler, both junior pole vaulters for the Miners, cleared NCAA Division II provisional qualifying heights at the Central Missouri Classic on Friday.

They each finished the meet with vaults of 3.50 meters. The efforts earned them a third-place tie in the event.

Hahn and Statler have posted the same marks throughout the month of February and currently share the Missouri S&T school record in the pole vault.

They also currently boast the top mark in the GLVC this season.

Missouri S&T will travel to the GLVC Indoor Championships in Crawfordsville, Indiana on Saturday.
