Lewis University sophomore sprinter Allie Heinzer and junior jumper Cierra Pulliam have earned Great Lakes Valley Conference Women’s Outdoor Track and Field Athlete of the Week honors, it was announced by the Conference office Tuesday.  

WOMEN’S OUTDOOR TRACK ATHLETE OF THE WEEK

Team Competition:  Bellarmine Invitational
 
  • Won the 400 meters with a time of 55.28 seconds, which is good for first in the GLVC and fourth nationally
  • Raced the second leg on winning 4x100m relay that finished in 46.70 seconds, an NCAA provisional time that ranks just off their seasonal best of 46.68, which is first in the GLVC and fourth nationally
  • Third career GLVC Outdoor Field Athlete of the Week honor (5/4/17, 4/3/18)
  • Last Lewis Outdoor Field Athlete of the Week: Allie Heinzer (4/3/18)
