Missouri S&T senior quarterback Tyler Swart and senior defensive back Roderick Chapman, as well as University of Indianapolis freshman kick returner Toriano Clinton, have been named the Great Lakes Valley Conference Players of the Week in football, it was announced by the league office Monday.

• Tied the GLVC and Missouri S&T record with three interceptions in victory over Bearcats
• Recorded his first interception on SBU’s second possession of the game
• Snatched his second on the last play of the first half
• Posted his third pick in the fourth quarter
• Also had three tackles and a pass breakup
• Helped S&T limit SBU to 179 yards of total offense
• Earns his first career Defensive Player of the Week award
• Has earned two career Special Teams Player of the Week awards (10/16/17, 9/17/18)
• Last Missouri S&T Defensive Player of the Week:  Bo Brooks (9/24/18)
