Missouri S&T junior Duncan Clark and Truman State University sophomore Gemma Saathoff have been named Great Lakes Valley Conference Runners of the Week in men’s and women’s cross country, respectively, it was announced by the Conference office on Tuesday.

WOMEN’S RUNNER OF THE WEEK

Team Result: 1st/8 teams, 22 points, Principia College “Cowbell” Invitational
 
  • Captured first place with a 6,000-meter winning time of 23 minutes, 00.7 seconds, which was timed over a rain-soaked hilly course
  • Led a Truman unit that put all five scorers in the top seven to claim the team title
  • Earns first career GLVC Runner of the Week award
