Lewis University’s Samantha Linck is the Great Lakes Valley Conference Women’s Indoor Field Athlete of the Week.

Linck cleared 1.73 meters, which is five feet and eight inches, in the high jump at the Illinois Wesleyan Titan Open this past weekend. Her leap boosted her to a tied ranking for third on the list in NCAA Division II and first in the GLVC. She was just shy of the NCAA Automatic height of 1.74 meters.

Other top performers in the GLVC last week included Indianapolis’ Andrea Horban.
