University of Southern Indiana freshman Titus Winders and Bellarmine University senior Karly Gawarecki have been named the final Great Lakes Valley Conference Runners of the Week of the 2018 men’s and women’s cross country, respectively, it was announced by the Conference office on Tuesday.

• Officially recorded as runner-up (25:11.1) to Nolan (25:11.0)
• Pair finished 24 seconds clear of the third-place finisher
• Earns first career GLVC Runner of the Week award
