Bellarmine University senior distance runner Joe Drabot and Lewis University junior high jumper Michael Lyons have been named Great Lakes Valley Conference Men’s Indoor Track and Field Athletes of the Week, it was announced by the Conference office Tuesday.

Major: Master of Business Administration
Team Competition:  No Team Score, Jim Green Invitational

• Finished sixth overall in the 3,000 meters in a 33-person field primarily of NCAA Division I runners
• Time of 8 minutes, 28.61 seconds is currently 10^th-best in Division II this year
• Effort improved his personal record by eight seconds and was five seconds shy of the DII provisional qualifying standard
• First career GLVC Indoor Track Athlete of the Week honor
