Lewis University freshman sprinter Jada Hoffman and senior jumper Cierra Pulliam have earned the final Great Lakes Valley Conference Women’s Indoor Track and Field Athlete of the Week honors of the season, it was announced by the Conference office Tuesday.

Major: Exercise and Movement Science

Team Competition:  1st/8, 167 points, North Central College’s Lee Slick Invite
 
  • Won the triple jump with a leap of 12.79 meters (41-11 ½), which is the third farthest jump in NCAA Division II this year
  • Effort was just shy of her season’s personal record of 13.10 meters
  • Maintained her lead atop both the GLVC and NCAA Division II charts in the event
  • Earns fifth career GLVC Indoor Track Athlete of the Week honor (12/9/15, 1/26/16, 12/6/16, 1/18/17, 2/14/17, 12/4/18)
  • Last Lewis Indoor Field Athlete of the Week: Lane Kadlec (1/15/19)
