Lewis University sophomore distance runner John Partee and Missouri S&T freshman thrower Nathan Swadley have earned the final Great Lakes Valley Conference Men’s Indoor Track and Field Athlete of the Week honors of the season, it was announced by the Conference office Tuesday.

Major: Exercise Science and Movement
Team Competition:  3rd/11, 79.5 points, North Central College’s Lee Slick Invite

• Won the 800 meters while beating former Flyer standout Sergio Miranda for the win
• Time of 1 minute, 51.64 seconds on the 200-meter flat track converts to 1:50.07 and is currently sixth nationally and first in the GLVC by 3.7 seconds
• Second career GLVC Indoor Track Athlete of the Week honor (2/13/19)
• Last Lewis Indoor Track Athlete of the Week: John Partee (2/13/19)
