Lewis University sophomore distance runner John Partee and Missouri S&T sophomore thrower Jarrett Johnson have been respectively named the Great Lakes Valley Conference Men’s Outdoor Track and Field Athletes of the Week, it was announced by the Conference office Friday.

• Improved upon his NCAA provisional qualifying mark in the javelin by eclipsing the 60-meter mark for the first time in his career with a throw of 60.66m (199’0”)
• Mark is ranked first in the GLVC by more than six meters and 18^th in NCAA Division II
• First career GLVC Outdoor Field Athlete of the Week honor
• Last Missouri S&T Outdoor Field Athlete of the Week: Nathan Swadley (4/17/19)
