Lindenwood University sophomore quarterback Cade Brister and Missouri S&T senior defensive end Tershawn Wharton and senior kicker Ben Styron have earned Great Lakes Valley Conference Player of the Week honors in football, it was announced by the league office Monday.

- Recorded 14 points by making all eight of his extra points and both field goal attempts
- Made field goals from 37 and 40 yards away; the latter was the 10th of his career of 40 yards or more, which is a school record
- Became the first placekicker in GLVC history to score 300 points in a career, increasing his total to 305 points
- Earns his second career Special Teams Player of the Week award (9/4/17)
